Fixed Unable to swap persona's / create new persona's

Description: I am unable to switch personas or create a new one the options are all greyed out even in origin city

Currently on Oakwynd. Before the patch I logged out a a lvl 10 necro persona. After the patch I'm unable to swap to my main class (65 Bard), or any other persona's that I have. Also unable to create a new persona.

Stuck on my 40 beastlord Persona and cannot swap to my raid main 65 Mage. Hope you got a fix in the works in the next 5 hours.

Tested persona creating and swapping on Vaniki. It is working as intended. Seems to be an Oakwynd only issue.

Meeko mentioned that it's related to if a server has out of combat regen unlocked or not. Not everyone is impacted. If your number of personas is equal to your number of persona slots, you can supposedly swap.

Meeko said it was being worked on already and there was no current ETA.

Same. Cannot swap personas or create new classes anywhere I go. Agnarr.

Any fixes yet for this? I'm not sure my level 11 paladin will be a good addition to my raids tonight.

Currently unable to use the Persona function on Agnarr as well. Attempted on 2 seperate accounts in PoKnowledge and Home Cities. Completely relogged and restarted PCs and attempted again. Atempted on freshly created characters and nothing changed. Still able to use the function on Live Servers however.

There won't be a fix until next month. Per the monthly patch policy regardless of how egregious the bug is.

They've emergency patched other issues, preventing players from accessing their characters would be constitute an emergency

They have to fix the bug first.

This is marked as fixed internally, but we are still unable to swap from the persona to non persona or create new ones. Does this mean that the fix didn't work or does 'fixed internally' mean that it has yet to be pushed from dev code to production code?
