I occasionally get the error "Unable to download SocketError:Connection Refused" when starting the launchpad (Dragons Prophet and EQ2 also do the same thing when this happens). I I wait a couple of hours things seem to be fine again. The servers all show as being up. I have no problems connecting to other sites. Disabling my firewall makes no difference. If you have seen similar problems I'd like to know, especially if you found a way to resolve it, but even if you haven't let me know.

And if you do post on other threads that may be similar to yours, not only post your issue but also take in account any resolutions posted in that thread and whether or not any/all there were any resolution for you.
