I've been able to solo and get all of the TBL type 18s. Are there ToV ones somewhere that I can farm solo? Thanks
You likely can't get them completely solo. They are the Rallos Zek Acolyte's from this list (the Devotee's are raid and type 19) https://items.eqresource.com/itemsearch.php?searchid=337835. You need to make these with the Jewelcraft skill, but you need to evolve your Rallos Zek's earring to a certain level before you can attempt the recipes. I don't remember how far along you need to be to make the augs, but EQTraders says you must complete the 6th earring quest. That's this one: https://tov.eqresource.com/tacticalobservations.php. This quest requires all ToV collectibles collected as one prerequisite. Previous quests in the line require all ToV explorer achievements (easy enough), mercenary quests, partisan quests, and group missions. NoS is the next expansion after ToV that has new type 18/19 augs. You must make them yourself with jewelcraft (maybe not on FV server). There are currently only 4 different type 18 augs that can be made, though there's speculation more will be added. The nice thing is you only need a dropped piece to make the aug; you don't need any other prerequisites.
