    Hi All just a simple question
    Do these drop randomly from all TBL mobs as a very rare as they do in GMM

    They don't drop from ALL GMM mobs or ALL TBL mobs.

    They have a chance to drop from named PHers or named only. And yes, they can drop from TBL phs. Had one drop just the other day.

    I looted my Enhanced Whispering Midnight augment off a normal, non placeholder Clock Work spider. You remember well when you have that kind of BS luck on an augment like that.

    If you want to farm them, the easier camps are GMM named. They drop a lot from named in Meritas, but the named there are much harder for someone who may or may not be well geared.

    They can certainly drop off ordinary trash in TBL (T2) not just PHs.
