   on Oakwynd, my lvl 60 character is only able to purchase Jewelcrafting Mastery AAs. Other tradeskill mastery AA's (Blacksmithing, etc.) are greyed out.

   That's because jewelcrafting was the only standard tradeskill in that era to have a mastery aa. The other skills got their mastery aa in a later expansion
