Greetings, I'm playing on Miragul Server and Have noticed that Hybrid Research Ranks 11-13 have not been unlocked on Miragul for Non-Casters. We are able to do everything else at this point, it seems like a bug that these are not available at the same time as the other mastery aa's.
Classes other than the 4 cloth classes (int casters) did not get research until later, the mastery comes with that timing. Locking them from doing normal research until then is something we decided not to do.
