Upon talking to Velk realized we did not. His hail text said that we should be quiet and kill creatures
Yeah, if you wipe, it resets/bugs out and you can't finish it, even if you kil all the mobs. On a wipe, just rez and recover, then drop the task and grab it again. That's the only thing I've seen to do.
I may have found the issue. I noticed that if it reset when Bled was up, he didn't despawn. That might have been the issue.
