Hey all, contemplating a server transfer, my main, and have a few questions. If you have a house how do you transfer it to your new server? You shared bank, does your toons that you don't transfer still have access? If your name is taken on the new server (my is) how do you go about changing it? Thanks in advance!!!
If you're only moving one character... Go to the house and manage the property in some way that makes sense: move all of the storage contents to another character, withdraw your escrow, and pack the house and stuff into an eviction box or however that works. The character that is moved will not have access to the shared bank on the old server. He will have access to an empty shared bank on the new server. (The bank is shared between characters on that server.) If your name is taken, you might end up with Mytoonnamex. If this happens, you can ask for a one-time free name change (/petition). If that's declined, you can use the name change potion from /market.
Pack up all your housing items put it in your bank ,also dont leave anything in shared bank you want to take since you cant get it from your old server , since your name is taken you can pick a new one free of charge ... YiMin
Your house(s) get pack up for you and will be in an eviction crate on your cursor when you appear on your new server. You will have one for each house. Your shared bank and its contents remain on your old server and yes whatever toons are still there can access it like before. When you click the character transfer token a box pops up to select your server you wish to transfer too. It tells you then if your name is available or not, if its not then right there in the box you will choose your new name.
