    The tradeskill ones do. There were not heal proc versions created this expansion.

  3. Boro Journeyman

    There needs to be a Luclin-upgraded 1H weapon aug with Remote Healing Blessing proc like the CoV Reactive Stone of the Dar Clan. It should be 17 dmg or 18 dmg with either the same heal proc or an improved one. Earned by ToL Challenger achievement.
