Fixed ToL raids not giving coins

    Same. Happening to us tonight on FV. No one is getting points/coins for raids.
    Just wanted to confirm it's happened on Oubliette, Primal Vampire, and Close the Gate.

    We just had the issue occur on Shei, no one in zone, or out of zone that zoned in, got coins.
