Hammer of Crushing Waves shows Wrath of Ice doing a 250 damage DD.

In reality this proc is only doing 150 damage. The below is vs. a level ~33 mob in Gunthak at level 65.

[Thu Jun 03 08:28:00 2021] You kick a vicious skeleton for 55 points of damage.
[Thu Jun 03 08:28:01 2021] You try to pierce a vicious skeleton, but a vicious skeleton dodges!
[Thu Jun 03 08:28:01 2021] You hit a vicious skeleton for 150 points of cold damage by Wrath of Ice.
[Thu Jun 03 08:28:01 2021] A vicious skeleton is slashed by shards of ice.
[Thu Jun 03 08:28:01 2021] You crush a vicious skeleton for 161 points of damage.

Summoned: Blade of Walnan, Summoned: Blade of the Kedge, Summoned: Hand of Ixiblat all also list 250 damage DD and only do max 146 damage on proc on a pet.

I would not have spent the same amount of DKP on an item like Hammer of Crushing Waves had I known that the proc was bugged.

Can we please get this looked into and the procs fixed ASAP?

    Tooltip on weapon in-game reads 250DD: https://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=26220
Raw spell data shows it scales with level, only hitting 250 at level 115: https://lucy.allakhazam.com/spellraw.html?id=3036&source=Live

If you look at the change history, the scaling has changed to match max level with every new expansion. I'm assuming this is unintentional for a level 65-era weapon.

Nope this is normal, procs are scaling either by level and/or by weapon delay, something like that but its intentional to have scaling.

It could also be a partial resist or something lowering the proc damage.

    Hello,

I think It is not a bug, or shouldn't. It's because the tooltip tells you the DD as a Max level but then the item casts the spell as X level.
Check your hammer, at the proc description it may say something like "(as level XX)". You'll notice it's really lower than max lvl, and that's why you see a reduced proc damage compared to as if it was casted as max lvl.
(Also, note that on zam, there is a very old screenshot that lists the proc of the hammer to 150DD).

I don't have any example of an old weapon like this, all older I could find was a TSS weapon:

Same applies to your summoned weapons. Altho it's different and the tooltip is based on the Required level that it shows.
If you check that pet weapons, it says Required level XX, that's the level of power where the spell is cast by the pets, (lvl 40 for PoP one, lvl 60 for OoW one). I'll assume it casts the proc at that "required" lvl.
