Timorous Falls, getting tasks a second time doesn't work

Description: We have ways of making you talk in Timorous Falls. Cannot get it a second time (yes have completed the zone for tasks).

Does it give you an error message or anything? Are you at the cap for quests (I think it's 29)?

Did you try using the keyword(s) for the task directly?

In Nokk, the guy who has the rats and spider/snake merc tasks will not speak to you when you have one (or both) of his tasks. But the keywords still work.
