Omg you found a error. Obviously they dont care about the game...dont play, want us to quit, want you to go play wow, etc. On a more serious note, posting this type of error to the bug forum would get this changed or even a quick email to the items dev. Would actually be helpful. But then it wouldnt have been quite as exciting would it.
Errors are part of life. Having said that, it is a bit amusing at times. Seriously, submit it as a bug so it can modified and don't expect it to be immediate. Trivial bugs like these are not a huge priority I suppose and do take time.
I kind of liked the Ranger only bows with a Corruption Focus last xpac. It would be pretty senseless for SOE to build every single item in from scratch (as much as we wish they would), so copy/paste errors are bound to occur.
