As the title states, I am looking for any tips or even sites that may help with the transition, thank you. I was thinking of boxing a bst/dru with mercs of course.
Why bst/dru? If you want track then Bard would give you track with CC and Blend much better with a bst then a druid. If you want healing / cures then the bst can self cure and heal and with a merc is not needed. If you want ports then again I feel it a waste with the Guild hall these days you can get almost anywhere quickly. Bst/Mage ( for DPS / COTH / pets ) Bst/ Chanter ( best CC / pulls / charm pets ) Bst/bard (track / run speed / melody / DPS) Bst/Sk ( real tank / Pulling ) Would all be better options
I’d go with bst/bard. You will be able to duo any content that any other 2 person team can duo and if you are good, you will have groups begging you to join them with the adps you’d bring from both chars.
