This bug has been around for at least 4 years now. Click Face on your inventory window and wait anywhere from 1 to 15 seconds and the window will close. This happens every single time and on every computer I've ever used. It does it regardless of custom layout or default layout. The window will stay open longer if you're in a zone without other people. But try adjusting your face in PoK/GL and good luck getting it done as the window usually closes before you can do anything with it.
