Description: The level 117 and 122 summoned SHM pets seem to be far weaker than their previous counterparts. In terms of DPS output, the lower level pets (level 112 or lower) seem to outpace the level 117 and 122 pets. Prerequisites: A SHM that has the level 117 and 122 pet summon spell scribed. Steps to reproduce: 1. Summon the level 117 or 122 SHM pet. 2. Arm and buff the pet. 3. Let the pet fight mobs and observe the dps output. 4. Unsummon the level 117/122 pet. 5. Summon a lower level pet (the level 112 or lower version) 6. Arm and buff the lower level pet with the same buffs and equipment. 7. Let the pet fight mobs and observe the dps output. 8. Observe. The lower level pet outpaces the higher level pets in dps. Expected results: The higher level pets (117 and 122) outpaces the lower level pets in dps. Actual results: The lower level pets (112 or lower) outpaces the higher level pets in dps.
I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm saying where are the actual parses? Max hits? (and why not actually list what you are giving them and what buffs they have?) Also ... if you are trying to get to the bottom of what's wrong with the higher pets, why give them anything and buff them? And also ... what does /pet inventory check say for each?
