I feel like the paying customers that are playing the older games are taking the Back burner. Ive been a loyal customer since 1999, and when I needed support they were there to assist (previously), until now. Even the phone calls go unnoticed. All I want is in game support.. Nearly over 12 hours have elapsed (-2 hours) and still not a simple forum post.

You may also need to update the current version of Java on your system in order for the page to work correctly.
