The 16th Anni doesn't seem to be working as of this time "Cleansing the ground" . When you hail him he just gives the standard responses for the HOT raid. Did they change something and if so does anyone know how to get the mission? Is there another Butler (raid) I'm missing, other then the one in POK which just tells you go talk to the guy in HOT. Also, Belle of the ball. the quest giver (forgot name) doesn't port you for some reason ..had to run to get that one done .
Yes it is broke. Worked when first started this year then just stopped working right. We think the butler did it. Or didn't do it. Some folks have filed bug reports and mentioned it on the bug report forums but unknown if its getting looked at for Wed patch.
7th anniversary mission, for me anyway,I had no response to hail. Had walk thru open so typed start phrase and got quest. Just an idea to try with your quest problem.
