Can the PoK book be active for The Arena zone on Ragefire launch? There is no hub arena like the old Freeport arena (now located deep in East Freeport). PvP had some of my fondest memories from Classic. A nice reprieve from the grind. A way to test your mettle. In addition, since no "special seasonal server" was chosen, Guides can conduct tournaments in the Arena for variation.
There is no PoK to get you to The Arena once the server goes live. There is the arena in South Qeynos, and in Freeport.
