Test Update 7/10/18 - New Bugs Only

I'm not sure if this is consider a new bug, but I noticed it so I am looking to report it.

Leaving an alt camped in an DZ causes the lockout to be renewed when they expire.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a Seru DZ
2. Switch to an different character on your account.
3. Camp them out in the DZ for the Seru zone.
4. Kill Seru. so you get locked out for killing the zone boss.
5. Wait a week for the lockout to expire, do not log the alt into game.

Expected Behavior:
The Alt would be removed from the DZ when it expired, and DZ will be available once the lockout clears.

Observed Behavior:
The lockouts automatically renew when they expire.
