I have tried to get a Test Dummy (lvl 103 if it matters) to attack me faster. I even spammed a hot key with 5 "/say increase melee speed" and the darn thing still won't try to hit me any faster than a Crushbone Orc. It won't connect very often either - and yes, I spammed a "/say increase melee offense" key. Are Crushbone Orc levels really the best that I'm going to be able to get out of the silly thing?
Would adding more test dummies accomplish the same result of increasing the number of times you get hit?
It might, I don't know. I'd much prefer to deal with one dummy instead of a dozen (or however many I can get) that I'd then have to make sure were all ramped up exactly the same. I'd also love to see an even com dummy that I can't decap so I don't have to go back and strip that info out of a parse.
