Hi Is there a bug on this in Kael?, been trying to get 2 friends the Marrow to drop last 3 days been grouping hours and none dropped. At the beginning when I got mine and they got 1 or 2 each was more frequent. Now seems not to drop after killing loads. thanks Shirl

This thread has some more information. But basically, the drop rate is low, and it's not uncommon to have good and bad streaks.
I just ran through the entire ToV progression line + Rallos Earring (minus the raid tier) last week for a new toon, I didn't have any issues with Kael, the quests in EW, etc. I think what people call "Bugs" is just a lack of comprehension.
