T4 visibles

    I'm on my 10th named kill so far since starting in HoF.

    I've seen only one wrist drop as of this posting.

    Anybody else having a similar experience or am I just getting a bad run on the RNG?

    They do also drop in the Tier 4 missions, at least mission 1 is easy

    It's just bad RNG for you. I'm 14/20 through hunter and I've got about 9 items. Sometimes I kill a named twice, so that's probably about 17 named kills, so overall It's the same as before from my experience.
