I am not sure if this is the place for this, but a buddy of mine had his account suspended last Wednesday for 7 days, but it is not unlocked yet despite it being over the full 7 days since the notice. Is this an automated process or manual? Petitions have gone unanswered. For context, we have an expansion launch on Selo today, so getting this corrected would be nice.
