Am I missing something, or does the Focus Effect on the T1 CoTF Raid Necro Robe really only allow 6% to Pyre of Marnek? If the answer is yes, what would necessitate the shift to such a decreased modifier (compared to the 45-110% modifier for the T4 RoF Dreadweave version)?
It's 6 percent added to base dmg and "stacks" with your normal fire focus so to speak.....it's an increase.
To my understanding 1. 110 was a lie... 100 was the highest. 2. There was no point to the marnek focus with 100 on arms. When we parsed it in beta it was def. an increase.
You're mistaken, you can definitely have more than 100% focus. It was changed because he wanted something new that didn't conflict with arm focus.
