Is the 6th level broken? I was looking on Lucy to see the effect and the last level says "Increase hp" instead of "decrease hp" Is this AA broken?

I think the last time I cast a magic nuke other than rain was the xorbb raid where you couldn't use fire nukes... Pretty useless AA, prolly why nobody noticed. Bought right before Hcha AA...
Tried bugreport, tried posting in beta forums, still no change. Anyone here got the juice to talk to someone who can actually put a bug in someone's ear to fix this?
Well either they did something funky (no idea why they would) when making it or they missed a negitive value. In raw spell data, attrib1 is 0 (which is HP) and base1 is 11000, where it should be -11000. So I'm guessing it's a typo, but it needs to be fixed.
