Summoned Rageswords nerfed down from 10% to 6% and NOT one word in patchnotes....iam so sick of this crap....

iam sick of NERFS every damn patch---this is a freaking game and a game should be FUN and no nerf was ever be fun...
Do you know when this was changed? I'm certainly not proficient with the spell data, but the raw spell data for Frenzying Burst III says it's supposed to increase hate by 6%. Looking at the history of changelogs, I can't find anything obvious that would indicate it hasn't always been 6%.
Lucy is showing 6% and the history has shown that has never changed since the spell was entered into the site.
