Steadfast Servant on Phinny

Since rolling on Phinny I've used Steadfast Servant twice now, and both times it's gone the full 30 minutes without casting any buffs or spells. It follows me about, but does absolutely nothing. Is this a known issue? Is there something I can do to correct it?

I noticed this too, but after about 20 minutes he did cast a single AC buff on me, then nothing else.

Is this the aa that is supposed to heal you while it's out? Or does it just buff and do fun things?

It buffs and heals over time

You need to be level 25 for steadfast servant to begin to use heal over time.
