Not sure if this is a bug or intended: The raid vendor in LI zone misses all the spell runes. They were available at the NoS raid vendor, so I am wondering if it is just an oversight, if they will be added later down the year or if is intended that we cannot get our spells for raid coin.
They are added at the 6th month mark. I believe it's automatic when the coin goes to 30 (and I think there should be some doubling in the chests then as well). Less than 3 to go!
