Randomly spell Icons are showing a 9:59:59 update and start ticking down their timers from there. They are still using their normal timers are are still castable when they are normally supposed to be. It is very confusing while playing to see. I cannot reproduce it as it seems completely random, have had it happen twice within 10 seconds just last night on my shadowknight.
