Just wondering where people stand on OG vs New spell effects. I personally don't like most of the new ones, at least for classic content(My highest character is a 74 necro on FV). I always loved back in 1999-2003 seeing the progression as you leveled up and just how they looked. They would be the one definite thing I like about p99 over EQ. The one thing I noticed was when using necro AA's I noticed the invis uses the old invis graphic. I am not hopeful, but I think a great edition to a further TLP(If there were more) would be changing the early spells to the original graphics. This isn't a thread about getting them changed, just curious how others feel.
You can change them yourself. I believe there are UI packs that have old school spell icons and such.
