Ok I only have this problem in EQ. EQ2 plays fine. I have MDR-XB650BT blue tooth headphones and windows 10. When I login to EQ and the game loads my sound gets weird for a few seconds and then my Bluetooth headphones disconnect. I have all drivers set to automatic update. When I try to relaunce EQ the launcher starts to load the first advertisement and then closes. I fixed this by setting the launcher to windows xp compatible and the game is back to loading and then disconnecting my headphones. As I said. EQ2 works fine.
