I had chanter+bard in group, it's happened a number of times, is it illusions of grandeur or something?
I'm not seeing a conflict with IoG but my information may be old. Improved Famililar - Slot 1: Summon Familiar: Familiar5 Slot 2: Increase All Resists by 25 Slot 3: Increase Critical Nuke Damage by 3% Slot 4: Increase Effective Casting Level by 9 Slot 5: See Invisible Slot 6: Increase Max Mana by 200 Slot 7: Increase Current Mana by 6 per tick Illusions of Grandeur 2: Increase Chance to Critical DoT by 10% 3: Increase Critical DoT Damage by 110% of Base Damage 5: Increase Chance to Critical Nuke by 10% and Increase Critical Nuke Damage by 250% of Base Damage
Magelo says for circle of power 3: 4: Increase Spell Critical Direct Damage by 97% 5:Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 120% with All Skills Not sure that conflicts too unless there is some msising data there as well.
Ok, here is the other improved familiar (7?) 1: Summon Familiar: Familiar7 2: Increase All Resists by 40 4: Increase Spell Critical Direct Damage by 100% 9: Increase Effective Casting Level by 9 10: See Invisible (1) 11: Increase Mana Pool by 750 12: Increase Mana by 12 per tick So yeah.. it doesn't stack, the slot 4 conflicts. So Mythose is correct, it seems to be circle of power 3
thanks guys, i'll block circle of power 3 and see if that fixes it. it was removed my last 2 fights as well
blocked circle of power 1 2 and 3 and something still overwrote it lol, gonna have to sit down after raid and have my groupies pop their burn stuff 1 at a time to figure it out

This is what is overwriting it. Improved Familiar used to use slot 8 for it's crit mod, which is what druids' Group Spirit of the Black Wolf uses. There was a conflict because of this, so I asked Elidroth to change it to slot 4. The only thing that uses slot 4 is Circle of Power 3, which is 3% crit chance. Since this is a weak mod, and it only lasts a short duration, I figured it would be worth it to allow Improved to stack with Black Wolf. You need to block circle of power 3 effect now though.

Are you blocking circle of power _Effect_ or just circle of power? Also, which raids is it poofing on? certain raids have mechanics that will remove familiars.
It was circle of power III effect as gladare stated, it's not been removed during a raid since. Now I'm trying to figure out what removes pyromancy during every fight lol.
Pretty sure it's Mana Reverberation and previous versions of this spell since umm Omens? Would recommend not blocking that one though. Thanks. Yea that's unfortunate if that's what it is, I'm with a chanter 100% of the time and definitely would not block reverb in favor of pyro. Expensive AA to be useless though. I assume acromancy will suffer the same fate, but I'll try anyway hehe.
