Solo necro exp options @ 60?

Yes I know, soloing is pretty bad compared to grouping, but I really like just popping in when I feel like it and getting some quick exp on my time.

I spent alot of time charming in howling stones south, but its almost always taken when I check, are there any semi comparable options?

Pretty much anywhere you can charm and undead slow. These are roughly in order of quality:

None of others are going to be as good as HS, but they are decent.

Howling Stones
Ssra Mines
Maiden's Eye (charm one of the laying down skeletons by the south wall)
Old Sebilis Crypt
The Grey (pull sun revenants and maybe other stuff)

Veksar will be better than HS, but it's not out until LDoN.

I soloed in Velks at 60. Everything from the ent to UD. Made over 200AA there. I thought about going back and seeing if it was still viable XP 60+.
