slot 5 augments question

is it WAI that all the Slot 5 augments from the TBM expansion are Lore ?
so that you have to use suboptimal augments with +14 to the heroic of your class because you can't aument the +40 to the heroic of your class, since it is lore atm.

PS: don't know if that was different before this weeks patch, but it is how it is working atm and i think this is beyond a major bug .....

use the vendor bought preference +32 to your preferred heroic after you get the +40's

They've been lore since jump. If you want more of a specific heroic you need to use the ones from the vendor as Riou stated. You're still coming out way above and beyond on most heroics then you would have with any other gear.
