This problem could be illustrated by simply examining the quests' requirements themselves (in this instance, I will use the Level 4 Elite Research task "And Nothing Of Value Was Lost" as a test subject). Steps To Reproduce: 1. Let the Overseer quests rotate. 2. If an "Elite" level quest presents itself in the available quests list, select it. 3. Review the Quest Party skill and trait requirements carefully. 4. Click the "Select Agent" button on the first party slot. 5. Observe. The characters presented do not appear to offer the appropriate choices; the appropriate choices are filtered-out in the selection list because the skill requirement is too high, even though there are matching traits. In example provided, the quest "And Nothing Of Value Was Lost" has the following requirements in the first Quest Party slot: Skill: Scholar (level 5) Bonus Traits: High Elf, Regal, Peaceful, Cautious Given the qualifications necessary for the party slot, the most fitting, viable candidate would be Lord Nethryn The Arbitrato, whose traits match perfectly with the party slot's requirements. However, Nethryn is not available in the character selection list since he is only a level 4 Scholar; only Mayong Mistmoore and Meldrath are available since they are the only level 5 Scholars in the roster (but with the caveat that they do not fulfill the bonus traits). The skill requirements for these Elite quests are too high! Proposed Solutions: Lower the skill level requirements of Elite quests to be aligned with its intended level.
