After patch when clicking, I only get a "Spell: Shadow of Firefist", Spell Effect: This spell has no effect.
You only have to use the clicky 1 time and then you have it forever as a passive AA. It has been all over the patch notes about most clicky buffs. The item gives you a junk buff that can be used to block dispel when it is used again.
