The quest giver won't talk to me. Is there anyway to raise faction with the Priests of Innoruuk, except for Glob quest? If no, do anyone know how many times it need to be got the the right faction?
Try this: have you done the two prerequisite quests? this was the THIRD in a set of quests... the first one wasn't even the same guy to give the quests as the one you want...
As Gannen said, maybe you missed the first two quests? If not they might be repeatable and add faction. And then do Glob but I don't know how much faction it gives. You might also want to check and see if there is a vendor reset for this faction.
I have tried to get the first quest in the line of three, but no luck. I have only hunted in the TSS zones, so haven't gotten any faction hits, so should not need a reset. Guess its Glob then.

yeah, it says some people have to do the faction raising method there twice before they can get the 1st quest...
