There really isn't a universal one since, you need to be sitting when the tick hits, and latency is a major factor in that. Also it matters when the macro is started within the tick timeframe. The cannidance was one of the silliest things in the game as far as micromanagement goes. If you are hell bent on doing it, keep in mind unless timed correctly it is a waste of time, and results in a slower rate of regen. Play with /pause ??, /cast /sit See if you can make work.
