I bought the server transfer coin, but there are a limited number of serves to choose from, my current character who is level 63 (still an OG character) I wanted to transfer that character to Agnarr so I can play with RL friends. Is this a bug or is not possible, or better yet how do we make it possible for people to transfer older characters that are within the limitations of the locked servers to transfer to them?

Agnarr, being a locked progression server can not accept characters raised on servers where out of era gear drops. Each progression server has different rules. Agnarr is permanently locked at it's point in progression. On the bright side, Agnarr is easy to get caught up on and once you reach max level, it will never fall behind. Also on the bright side, you have friends there.
