Allowing server transfers from Firiona Via to Zek and back to Firiona Vie would bring new life to the Zek server. The investment in time by the developers to allow for this would be worth it to the players that would like to see Zek alive again.
And, of course, from Zek to Firiona Vie and back to Zek, rendering original Zek characters to a two server "only" transfer, Zek and Firiona Vie.
This basically freezes all Zek characters from ever transferring to live and is a dumb idea. It is a jail. Mischief, with the same rule set as FV should merger there to avoid culture shock of losing tradeable riadgear to the notrade foot stomp of live.
If you live there, you can't transfer to basic live servers due to it's unique rule set. otherwise everyone would go buy raid gear and transfer back to live. So yes, as far as EQ's server system is concerned, FV is relegated. Zek Character can and do transfer to live and for some players who play on several servers, is used as a depot to send overflow characters, like old Vox and Trak players with full character slots who also played on TLPs. This would be jail for all those characters and not see them join raids on Rathe for instance.
Oh and- You know this is a P2P support section of the forum, right? When players encounter issues, other players try to help them here. This is none of that.
Veteran's Lounge is a good spot for that and is the best bet to get other players on board whatever proposal / suggestion is made. Same to you) Be well, have a happy!
