selos kick mechanics

    This was posted in the bug forum. Rather than respond there, Im posting it here.
    It is working correctly, and here is why. Selos kick and kick fire at the same time every time. So actually the base time without frenzied or any haste (no buff no belt) is 8 seconds not 4. If you counted a parse you were likely counting both selos and regular kick. If you count 100 kicks really only 50 of those were selos kick. If you turn on frenzied, that 8s per seloskick reduces to 5.1s by my parse. Close enough to 3s reduction.

    Time reduction from haste is calculated after that so frenzied + 225% haste reduces 5.1s to 2.4s per seloskick.
