This mob supposedly sells the trade skill book, The Lost Art of Working with Wither and Decay. I have been trying to find this guy. I have read that he is some kind of a rare spawn. I went to a loc posted for him and found a mob very close that was a one off, a dissolved citizen. Does anyone know if that is a PH for the Seller? Is there another trick to finding this guy? Inquiring minds want to know...
the merchants in the center area go home at night, kill them when they do and they have a chance to re-pop as Seller, repeat until he pops

Got him first night. I killed as many vendors as I could when they left the stalls then tracked down the survivors and killed them in their homes. The next morning, he set up shop and I got my book.
