Is the double push on Saltwater intended or is it a parsing error? Is the push on Manashot the intended primary purpose and reason for the damage drop? Barring Zam data collection error, how soon can you fix the yields on Keg and Mana Bolts and was Terror raised to 100 at same time as Repeating? Is the 1000 damage at Level 1 on Saltwater intended? The other 3 scale down. Why is there a duration on Repeating? Why the change from Physical damage? Repeating/Terror largely unresistable and Saltwater/Manashot will require debuff(s) in a lot of level appropriate content. Does the mana cost on 3 of them actually do anything? Can pure melee use them?
Make the Saltwaters for Level 1's and profit. Trying to find out if those Level 1's will get their platinum worth out of the items. In terms of leveling quickly the horse not only left the barn but has already retired and is living in a condo in Florida. The impact of this twinking outside of PvP (sorry Zek) isn't all that much, back in the day people can explain how when they were Level 70 and Anguish geared they had similar stats to a Level 1 with 3 Saltwater Cannons but twinks go from indestructible in level appropriate content to really indestructible and those two things are functionally very similar.

Exactly, new TDS item which has a req level to use 99 higher than the Repeating Crossbow, does 1/3 of the damage at any level you click it, has a much higher resist rate, has stats on par with req92 gear you can purchase in Baz, is missing 2 focus and a click those other items have and the ammo uses a high demand item. On the plus side it's one of the better non-weapon primaries in the game for no damage tanking and it has a knockback. The item needs far more fixing than a req level so it again becomes possible to kill Level 10 twinks in PvP.
