I'll preface this by saying that this may all be perception. The basic question: Have other knights noticed an increase in the cross-agro from rune procs? Specifically I have noticed that a single Terror/Spear/etc can be out-agro'd (or at least matched) by a current tier Rune proc or two. I do not recall this being an issue up until fairly recently and my curiosity is: when weapon procs were "normalized" to use a single scaling spell, did that have an effect on the overall agro from them? Devout Rune, for example, maxes out at a 23k rune, but the knight weapons use a 9600 rune version. However, the buff that lands on you describes it as a 23k rune (yes I know spell descriptions are not an accurate gauge). So I'm kind of curious if the proc is generating agro as if it was being "cast" at max proc level (which is 115 apparently), as opposed to the actual level being used.
