I know in the latest patch, something had been changed to where more ornaments can be used in different weapon types, and the other antonican 1h weapons (scimitar/dagger) can be used in different weapon types, however, the katar can still only be used in martial weapons. I also get a strange notice when i try to put it in a 1hb " you cannot insert this augment because the item is currently equipped in a location that the augment is not allowed in. Unequip the item and try again." I get this when i try to put it on an item that is not a martial weapon, it still inserts into martial weapons.
