Rogue weapon choice? please help if you have the answers.

OK .. I'M on a TLP server and started some raiding.

I need help knowing "which" weapons I should use with Main hand for maximum dps for my rogue. I do not parse, but if anyone has the answer on what I should be wielding in each and I would appreciate it.

Here are the weapons I have obtained.

ALREADY HAVE A 41% Haste item, so I do not need haste from epic.

Primary ? Secondary?

primary = highest backstab damage (can use ratio as tie breaker I guess) So Dart of Immobility.
secondary = best ratio so Khalshazar I guess

Now depending on what your worn attack is ... Ragebringer might be worthy, but ideally it wouldn't. Tor Vignus would also increase your accuracy/offense stats for piercing only. (not backstab, that's a different skill)

And rogues don't need to worry about having 2 pierces until like level 90 when they gain an AA that makes it's better to use two.

I'm not sure where you are at in progression or what your levels are but I'd recommend the Gargoyle Talon from BoT. I used it with Rage for a good long time,

Sorry, I misread your post. Yeah, as stated, highest damage in the primary for back-stabs. It's been a long, long time since I played a rogue, (retired at 77 and switched to shammy), but I had my bandolier with one set up for back-stabs and another for dps. As soon as you back-stab, hit the bandolier and switch to dps set up. Then, when bs refreshes, switch back. Just use whatever weapons you can get that will max your dps. Some Rogues use piercers exclusively but I always used what ever I could find if it increased my dps.

Khalshazar - Main
Dart of Immobility - Offhand

Do not use Epic anymore, the ratio is not worth the 40atk

You will lose at-least 50dps going to that ratio.

Do LDON's for +ATK, and then Time/Elemental gear if you can (Ornate if you are not in elemental yet)
Get a Stonewood bow for 10atk as well, and belt of great turtle if you really want more atk

*Edit, switched them around, Kalshazar with 1 more delay in main will be optimal, especially if you really don't need to snare mobs, but you can switch hands if you need snare in the group. Procs in main hand happen more often, and you will want that -300 hate.
The dart's -150 hate basically offsets the snare threat.

Teach a Man to fish:
Rogues want Highest backstab damage weapon in main hand as most of their damage comes from backstab.
Rogues want best ratio in offhand as dual weild is NOT a proc on mainhand delay, but it is it's calculation every time that you would swing that weapon.

Additional info:
+Heroic Dex (up to +35) will increase your proc rates and chance to hit
+ATK (Caps at 250 worn-[Avatar proc counts as worn]) will increase the damage you do when you hit.

At your level, it's time to start testing your dps with a parser by yourself. If you don't want to do it ask someone else to do it for you. By doing that, you will avoid bad advice coming from the forum or in game rogue channel. The gargoyle talon it's more a dagger for a group rogue. The Tor Vignus is a great dagger, but it's too late for you i guess. Anyway do your own test and see what happen.
