Rogue invisibility is confirmed by the color change of the AA button, not by an icon as other classes. So, when the AA button shows invis is on, it should be ON. However, after transactions with NPC for example, invisibility is lost but the AA button is still showing it is on. Lately I have found I have to confirm invisibility by going into 3rd person view so I can see parenthesis around my name.
