Rogue hastened spires AA

    Every class gets Hastened Spires now, but they're not equally good for everyone. For rogues, are they...

    Useless - because rogues better off saving Spire to line up with RF/Rampage? or
    Super - bang Spire out whenever it's up so Hastening is like +25% powah?

    I always pair it with our other 10 minute disciplines so to me it's useless.

    useless - stick it to burns still, cant really rotate it at 7 mins
