Are all Multiquest getting nerfed or just the 10th Ring Event? The way I read it was just the 10th ring stuff, but I could be wrong.
Say, you're ready to complete your ranger 1.0, but you don't have a Shattered Emerald Corruption, but your buddy does? Your buddy turns his SEoC in, then you turn your blade in, and you get your 1.0.
That line reads to me like it is just about the 10th ring quest. I dont think they have the manpower to change how every quest handin works.
Only the 10th Ring Event (unless Dev says otherwise). The number of dashes in front of each line matters.
